MORNING HEEL PAIN?!😳
What is Plantar Fasciitis?
It is an inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes.
You'll typically first notice early pain under your heel or in your foot arch in the morning, worse with the first few steps and improves with activity as it warms up.
How you may get it:-
*Foot arch problems (High archers or flat feet).
*Running long distance with poor support shoes.
*Wearing shoes with poor arch support or soft soles.
*Standing for long periods with wrong adopted posture
*Overweight or pregnancy.
