Last week we had the pleasure of joining the community health event organized by Columbia Asia Hospital and Prudential!

Although we were too busy screening eyes to snap many photos, the smiles, questions and 'thank you' we received made the day truly memorable!

It was meaningful helping the members of the community understand the importance of regular eye checks for early detection of vision issues.

Thank you again for having us - and thank you to everyone who dropped by for the screening! We're always happy to support community health together. 💙✨

[V CARE OPTOMETRIST] Community Care Initiative ✨

We’re happy to share that we've successfully delivered several pairs of children’s glasses as part of the Gift of Sight program.

In collaboration with Rainbow Bridge and Association of Malaysian Optometrist, we provided FREE eye checks and prescription glasses to kids in Shekinah care centre rasah seremban — helping them see clearly and thrive in their daily learning and development.

To respect the privacy of the children involved, we’ve thoughtfully protected their identities in all photos.

Together, we’re bringing clearer vision and brighter futures to our community's children. 💖

It was 2023 when our founder Ms Jovice started attending the Vision Therapy course, yesterday marked the final session of this incredible journey.

One important note that she has learned is that patching is not the only or most effective way for kids. There are many other better approaches to help achieve better, functional vision.

Vision is not just about seeing 6/6 on a chart — it's about how we use our eyes to understand and interact with the world.

Grateful for the knowledge, growth, and new perspective this course has given us. In V CARE Optometrist , we continue to learn more to provide better services / treatment plan to our patients. ✅
