Rosmaria Abd Hamid, a mom of four who believes that being strong and functional is a must for every woman. πŸ‘©

She has been into fitness for more than 20 years. From exercising for health and better aesthetic, she ventured into powerlifting sports at 38 years old until today. ❀️

Her involvement in the fitness industry began as a personal trainer in 2018, leading her to discover that educating people about being active and healthy is truly her passion. She specializes in women’s fitness training and strength training. πŸš€

As a firm believer in lifelong learning, she enrolled for Sports Science Level 1-3 under the National Sports Institute of Malaysia to equip herself. πŸ“š

As of now, she is preparing for her global Certified Personal Trainer examinations under National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to further solidify her services at the world stage. 🌍
