Tips to take care of your eyes:
1. Viewing at distances of less than 20 cm for up to 2 hours daily should be avoided due to the associated increased risk of myopia.
2. Increased outdoor time during childhood has been associated with a reduced risk of myopia.
3. A minimum 10-minute break should be taken after every 40 minutes of near work.

1.鉴于近视风险的增加,应避免每日在小于 20 厘米的视距下进行近距离用眼活动长达 2 小时。
