Since our beginnings in 2004, we are aware of our responsibilities for the results of our activities. In order to ensure that all levels in the organization are aligned with the culture of delighting our customers and staff by preventing risks and impacts, we have developed a policy. We strive to ensure that the care and services we provide exceed your expectation as a patient, a visitor or even a member of our staff. We value your input. KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital recently hosted an enriching networking luncheon with our dedicated General Practitioners (GPs) at Me’nate Steak Hub Seremban.

It was an exclusive dining session where participants had a course-by-course gourmet meal, creating the perfect setting for engaging conversations, valuable knowledge sharing, and strengthened professional ties.

Our ongoing collaboration with GPs continues to play a vital role in ensuring smooth referral pathways and delivering seamless, high‑quality care to our community. 💙

For better experience, we’ve updated our flow for patient registration at KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital.

🔹 New & Repeat Patients (Cash & GL) – Proceed to the GL Counter at each clinic level
⏰ Mon–Fri: 7:30am–4:00pm | Sat: 7:30am–12:30pm
After 4pm → head to GL Counter Level 5

🔹 Repeat Patients (Cash Only) – Head straight to your Clinic Receptionist
⏰ Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5:00pm | Sat: 8:30am–12:30pm

📍 Note: Level 2 Registration Counter will be permanently closed from 23 December 2025.
