Great energy yesterday at CMH Hospital GP sharing session!

❗孩子睡觉时打呼噜？❗

真的不是“睡得香”，那是呼吸受阻的信号!

很多家长以为孩子打呼噜、张嘴睡觉是因为睡姿不对或感冒没好，但其实很可能是扁桃体与腺样体肥大在作怪。

如果您的孩子有以下情况，千万别掉以轻心：
📌睡觉打呼噜大声，甚至突然停顿
📌长期张嘴呼吸
📌白天注意力不集中、容易疲累
📌反复鼻塞或流鼻涕

长期忽视不仅会影响孩子长高，甚至会导致“腺样体面容”（牙齿不齐、面部变长）。如果症状超过两周，建议带孩子咨询耳鼻喉(ENT)专科医生。🩺✨
