As we arrive at Chap Goh Mei, the 15th day of Chinese New Year, we close this festive season with gratitude and joy 🌸

Before the CNY holidays, our Inside Flow students gathered for a warm Lou Sang session with Teacher Ruby — sharing laughter, setting intentions, and exchanging blessings for the year ahead.

After the break, we resumed practice with another joyful Lou Sang and celebrated Ruby’s birthday with a simple makan together. Moments like these remind us that yoga is not just about movement — it is about community, connection and friendship 🤍

Beyond guiding Inside Flow, Ruby has been consistently leading our Tuesday Gentle Yoga classes, patiently building strength, flexibility and body awareness from the foundation up. That steady preparation is what allows our students to flow with greater control, confidence and grace.

A small beginning, with shared intention.

Around the world, sustainability is becoming a way of living —
and at In8Space, we feel called to grow in this direction too.

We introduce 3R as a concept —

We’re grateful to be part of the Everywhere is love community, connecting studios from different states who believe in creating mindful, heart-led spaces for children.

At In8Space, we believe that
not every child needs more stimulation.
Some children simply need a safe space to move, breathe, slow down, and be themselves.

Our Kids Yoga sessions are designed to gently support:
• body awareness
• emotional regulation
• focus and calm
• self-confidence in a non-competitive environment

Sessions are kept intentionally small and guided by two teachers, so each child feels seen and supported.

In late 2025, we offered Parent–Kid Yoga as a special bonding experience.
For 2026, we’re focusing on Kids Yoga , structured into 4 terms (starting Jan–Mar), to support children’s independence, focus, and confidence in a space just for them.

🌟 Gratitude · Milestones · New Beginnings · Family & Connection

As the year draws to a close, we pause with a grateful heart.
Thank you for showing up — through busy mornings, long days, and quiet moments on the mat. Every practice, every smile, and every shared breath has shaped In8Space into the space it is today.

This year, we took gentle yet meaningful steps forward.
We explored new ways of practising and connecting, and welcomed families onto the mat through Parent–Kids Yoga — a small but heartfelt milestone that reminded us how powerful movement, presence, and shared time can be.

As we step into a new year, we hope to open In8Space a little wider.
A space not only for yoga, but also for creators, artisans, and collaborators who share a common intention — to support well-being and conscious living within the community.

In the coming year, we will continue nurturing spaces beyond the mat — beginning with health-related talks that support the body, mind & soul, including gentle conversations around parenting, wellness, and mindful living.
Building on our Parent–Kids Yoga journey, we will also be introducing monthly Kids Yoga sessions, creating a consistent and supportive space for children to move, breathe, and grow.

Yoga, to us, has always been more than poses.
It is about presence, connection, and growing together — as individuals, as families, and as a community.

Finally, our charity Parent–Kid Yoga session on 14 Dec powered by Everywhere is love has come to a close.
We hope joy found its way into the space — through cooperation in movement, shared breathing, and many small moments in between.
More than poses, we hope the message reached both parents and children: that joy can be felt, practiced, and rediscovered when we slow down and move together.
We are deeply thankful to every family who showed up, shared their energy, and made this session meaningful.
