Okay, here’s the deal: Too much sugar might mess with testosterone levels ‘cause it can make you put on weight and mess up how insulin works, affecting your hormones. On the other hand, low testosterone? It could throw off how your body handles blood sugar since testosterone helps with how insulin works.

Lots of studies say the same thing: gobbling up lots of sugar might drop your testosterone. One study in Clinical Endocrinology (2013) said high sugar linked to lower testosterone in men. And, there’s another one in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (2007) showing how sugar, like glucose, can slam down testosterone levels in men.

Plus, scientists think low testosterone could mess with how your blood sugar behaves. A study in Diabetes Care (2007) pointed out that low testosterone might make insulin resistance worse, making it tough to control blood sugar.

Mens around the world are seeing their testosterone levels drop every year, and it’s happening faster with each new generation.

If we look into studies and research they all show that men’s testosterone levels are going down. This is a big deal because low testosterone makes us less healthy and kinda takes away our manliness, you know?

Studies say we’re losing about 1% of our testosterone every year. Imagine, between 1987 and 2004, American dudes lost around 17% of their T levels. That’s a lot, man!

Since we are adopting a similar diet and lifestyle from the West, we may also encounter the same problem.

There’s this study from Denmark too. It tested 5,000 Danish men, and it turns out that guys born in the 1960s have like 14% lower T levels than the dudes born in the 1920s.

It’s not just about hitting the gym. Lifestyle stuff like sitting around more, LEAKY GUT, getting chubbier(due to INSULIN RESISTANCE), breathing in weird pollution, chemicals, toxins and pesticide in foods and daily products, and stressing out can mess with it. Low testosterone can mess us up big time, causing problems like less muscle, feeling tired, weaker bones, increase risks of diabetes and heart disease, less interest in, you know, romance, and even fertility issues.

Bottom line? Our testosterone’s taking a hit, and it’s not just about feeling less manly. It could mess with our health big time.

Nestle exploited the insecurities of breastfeeding mothers by stereotyping breastfeeding. They made it seem like only poor non-white moms breastfeed and that good moms would use their milk instead.

In the 1950s, they even had a scary radio song in Congo that said, “The baby will die if mom’s milk isn’t good. Mama, baby cries. Use KLIM milk to make the baby better.”

Since the 1970s, Nestlé has encountered widespread calls for boycotts globally due to its contentious marketing strategies for baby milk formula, accused of contributing to infant mortality and suffering. Allegations point to its aggressive promotion of formula over breastfeeding, despite evidence suggesting otherwise.

The utilization of formula has been associated with various issues, including heightened risks of water-borne diseases in regions lacking access to clean water, as well as economic challenges and malnutrition due to its high cost.

Let's put aside about healthy meals topics at the moment. Let’s talk about what we have right now.
In the simplicity of our daily meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - let’s remember the wisdom of Ibn Taymiyyah: ‘Gratitude brings about an abundance of blessings.’

Consider the mundane yet cherished comforts: the chairs where we sit, the tables where we gather, and the glow of lights framing these moments with family.

As Marcus Aurelius once said, ‘When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive – to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.’

However, amidst our blessings, let’s also hold in our hearts the plight of our brethren in Palestine, deprived of these fundamental privileges. It is heartbreaking!

But we should learn from them. From all of the adversity, they collectively helping each other out. They bring all of us together and unite.
