Nak Travel Jauh? Make Sure You’re Travel-Ready ✈️ ; Physically & Mentally.

Ramai yang excited bila dapat peluang travel ...especially tempat yang jauh.

Tapi sebagai doktor, saya selalu nampak 1 benda yang ramai tak buat sebelum travel:
👉 Prepare kesihatan diri sebelum fly.

Kalau kita boleh spend berjam-jam cari tiket murah & OOTD cantik, kenapa tak spend sikit masa jaga badan kita dulu?

5 Health Prep Tips Sebelum Travel Jauh:

1. Review ubat & supplement.
✔️ Pastikan cukup stok sepanjang trip.
✔️ Label elok, simpan dalam hand-carry.
✔️ Ada ubat ikut waktu makan? Set timer siap-siap.

2. Check sleep & digestion
Kalau badan tak cukup rest, perjalanan boleh rasa sangat penat.
