Many ask which exercise is “best” as we get older. The truth is, I don’t think it’s about finding the perfect workout.
What’s helped me is combining a few simple things I can do at home like
walking a minimum of 30minutes daily combined with 30minutes of strength exercises with dumbbells 5-6x weekly following a simple program to support muscle and bone and mobility flow 4-5x weekly to stay mobile and balanced.
Some days I do more, some days less.
What matters is that it’s something I can keep doing, year after year.
I’m not sharing this as an expert — just what I practise in my own life as I age.
