THANK YOU NOTE TO ALL RESIDENTS FROM THE OUTGOING JMB MEMBERS 2023/2024.
Salam and greetings to all fellow residents,
Hope all of you in the best of health as always. This message is served to all in informing that we had just concluded the AGM last weekend on Sunday (15 December 2024) at Multipurpose Hall (MPH), Level 3.
As all of you already or might aware, the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) has successfully completed on the changing of the Joint Management Body (JMB) to the formation of the Management Corporation (MC) for Residensi Hijauan@TheGreens. With the smooth coordination and the organization of the said AGM under the developer of CB Land, all matters including presentation on the Management Report on the achievements/project updates, decisions for approved budget, motions and recommendations have been discussed during the AGM.
Among pertinent matters that has been addressed and adopted are as follows:
1) The adoption of AGM MOM 2023 & Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) 2024;
2) The approved budget for the year 2024/2025 including:
-The approved on the increment of Service Charge & Sinking Fund;
-The approved increment of Rental Car Park;
3) The adoption of the Audited Account Ended at 30th June 2024;
4) The approved of Capital Expenditures for the upcoming projects (CCTV & Building Exterior Wall Cracks (Facade); and
5) Approved motions by residents
For the overall information and the implementation wise all shared above shall be provided by the CB Land through MO once the AGM MOM has been endorsed by the COB of MBSA.
On this note, on behalf of the outgoing JMB 2023/2024, we wish to say thank you to all beloved residents whom have been a great supporter to all of us during our terms as the representative from the residents. We sincerely have tried our level best to address all the concerns/complaints/feebacks given by the residents to us. It has been a rewarding journey and great experience by the engagement that we have put throughout our time as JMB Members.
We really hope all the commitments and hard work given by us if not satisfied to all, but have not gone unnoticed through the efforts made by us. It is not easy task, but we have put in all the mandates given to us through high integrity and transparency at all times.
Finally, it’s time for us to step down as the new MC Members who have been elected and also have been re-elected as to continue the legacy that we have put in place. Please continue to give your unwavering support to the new MC Members which we trust they will continue to carry out the responsibilities even greater than what we have done before.

With all above, we hope the new MC Members will continue to work hard and raise the bar that the outgoing JMB Members have set. We trust all of the new MC Members can do so too for the benefits of the residents. In the meantime, there will still be a transition of the handing over matters that will be discussed until the process is completed.
Last but not least, we would like to seek forgiveness should we have offended any one of you unintentionally throughout our engagements with all of you (residents). We shall cross path again in the near future should there be any opportunities as to come together in making TG a better place to stay.
