What is stress?🙇 Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress affects us in lots of ways, both physically and emotionally, and in varying intensities
Planned your time to have some exercise or hiking with your community and friends. Whenever i have free time, will have morning exercise or hiking with my community.

Some method that I apply to reduce my stress level - review my lifestyle, eat healthily, take supplement, exercise, be mindful (mindfulness meditation) and restful sleep.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Try to keep things in perspective. After all, we all have bad days.

STRESS!! Stress! Stress!!
Start the day Stress.... that has been routine pass 15 years. Every morning goes to work with stress due to heavy traffic jammed. There are times when I feel so stressed, I hear whispers, that I feel like crashing into the car in front.
The stress will increase if the person is often late for work and is reprimanded or given warning by the employer, which in turn affects his/her emotion and work productivity.

Not only that, It seems that getting stuck in traffic jams on a regular or daily basis might do a number on your mental health, but how serious can it get? The matter could also lead to the person having high blood pressure, heart diseases and diabetes, which would get worse without a healthy lifestyle.

Are you the one? Are there any solutions?

Yes, what I do every morning is a breathing exercise as takes a deep breath, and you can consider giving yourself some variety by diversifying your audio library with podcasts or audiobooks or planned ahead of time.... and take a healthy food supplement.
