A big wrap-up to our latest event .asia ! It's a success from my team! Special thanks to .fxmotionrehab for guiding the volunteers and being their mentor throughout the event. 大家好,我是Jaffery,一位专注于肩膀复健的物理治疗师🩺。很多人知道要训练肩颈来缓解疼痛,但越练肩颈越紧绷,严重时还会导致偏头痛🤕。今天,我想跟大家聊聊那些肩颈训练中的误区,希望你们能避开这些雷区,轻松摆脱肩颈痛!
误区一:颈部拉伸没有拉对
许多人觉得肩颈疼痛就是因为肌肉紧张,所以一味地做颈部拉伸💆。但其实,很多人并不知道正确的拉伸方法,导致拉伸效果不佳,甚至可能加重疼痛。在进行颈部拉伸时,要确保动作缓慢而稳定,避免用力过猛和快速拉扯。正确的拉伸方式可以让你感觉到舒缓而不是疼痛。尤其是那些长时间低头工作的人,正确的颈部拉伸能有效缓解因长时间使用电子设备导致的疼痛。
误区二:忽视颈项在运动时的摆放
无论是做力量训练还是有氧运动,颈项的摆放都是至关重要的📏。许多小白在运动时不注意颈项的姿势,导致脖子前倾或者后仰,从而引发肩颈疼痛。记得在训练时要保持颈部的中立位,让脊柱自然对齐。可以通过在镜子前练习,来确保自己的姿势正确。现在很多人为了追求快速减肥效果,盲目跟风一些高强度运动,但忽视了正确的姿势,导致肩颈受伤。
误区三:忽视肩胛骨运动时的摆放
肩胛骨是肩膀的重要组成部分,但很多人在训练中忽略了它的活动🙇。肩胛骨的稳定和灵huo性对肩颈健康至关重要。在进行肩部训练时,不要忘记增加一些肩胛骨的活动练习,比如肩胛骨收缩和肩胛骨绕圈,这样可以提高整体的肩颈稳定性和灵huo性。对于那些久坐办公室的人,肩胛骨的正确活动可以有效预防和缓解因长期坐姿不良引起的肩颈问题。
