Look ! Finally achieved my first dynamic neuromuscular stabilization course. We learned about how babies develop motor functions and was shocked about how adults have forgotten certain movements as we age. For example, babies can lie down and hang their hands and legs in the air for many hours but adults can even hold for 1 minute. Babies can do Cobra poses with a very nice curve but adults have pain in the lower back after doing it. Why and how?

It actually unlocked the mindset of physiotherapists that we can actually train our patients with more Neuro way rather than musculoskeletal way like gym workouts etc. We see people with muscles shivering while doing just simple movements and get soreness on the next day. We experienced the relaxation of our tight muscles after doing certain movements, not stretching, not strengthening but by adjusting our compensation throughout the movements!

There was a time when we thought improving as physiotherapists meant mastering more techniques, attending more seminars, and learning new ways to help our clients heal faster.
But as we grew, we realized it’s not just about what we know, it’s about how we connect.

We can have all the knowledge in the world, but if we can’t communicate it with empathy, clarity, and understanding the message never truly reaches the heart. ❤️

Recently, our team took a step inward. This course wasn’t just about learning how to talk; it was about learning how to listen to our clients, to our teammates, and to ourselves.
It helped us uncover the emotions, motives, and patterns that shape how we communicate every day.

And through this process, we laughed, we reflected, and we grew together. 💪

Because growth isn’t just found in skills… it’s found in the way we lift each other up, face challenges together, and become stronger as one.

Here’s to a team that never stops learning with open hearts and open minds. Thank you for willingness to share their life experiences and knowledge with us! Learnt alot.!

A big wrap-up to our latest event .asia ! It's a success from my team! Special thanks to .fxmotionrehab for guiding the volunteers and being their mentor throughout the event. Credit to .fxmotionrehab who patiently discusses case after case to the volunteers to provide a better grasp of the conditions so they can be a proud Independent good Physiotherapist in future!
