NADI TENANG X SPIN CITY ANNIVERSARY EDITION

Spin City was loud in the best way. Beats, rallies, laughter, and that moment everyone finally loosened up and just played. Pound warmed everyone up fast – Anis and Safra brought the kind of energy you can’t copy – and the transition into pickleball felt natural, fun, and honestly addictive.

What made this session different was the mix. People who’ve never held Ripstix standing next to regulars. First-timers learning pickleball next to those who came ready to smash. Kids running around safely in the same space. No pressure, just pure fun and a morning that moved quickly.

FIRETALK BY NOURUL DEPP x PERANTIS

Firetalk by Nourul Depp returned with a powerful two-day programme under Program Perantis, held at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The room was filled with young professionals and emerging leaders.

Nourul brought the participants through real conversations about self-awareness, motivation and emotional grounding, creating a space where everyone could connect with their own journey.

As part of the programme, Nadi Tenang was invited to introduce a Chair Yoga segment — a practical reset tailored for corporate and professional settings. The aim was simple: loosen tension, improve posture and restore clarity without leaving the chair. Within minutes, the atmosphere softened and the participants experienced how small movements can make a meaningful shift in the body and mind.

This collaboration showed how mindset work and physical reset complement each other, especially in programmes built around human development and performance.

Thank you to the organisers and every participant who showed up with openness and curiosity. We look forward to supporting more initiatives that place people, wellbeing and growth at the centre.

The Glowing Inside Out Workshop was an exclusive experience for Brand's Innershine and Watsons winners, centred on the three pillars of health, beauty and confidence. Only a limited number were invited to take part in this intimate afternoon with InnerShine.

The workshop opened with a calming sound bath and explored their colour cards followed by a restorative yoga session led by Nadi Tenang to support the day’s focus on inner health and reset.

A round-table conversation with three speakers — Wadie Sumanteri, Sharifah Rose and Janice from InnerShine — reflecting on how health, beauty and confidence are shaped in real life.

The experience served with curated prepared delicious refreshments made using InnerShine products. Thank you InnerShine for hosting this limited, premium gathering, and to all the winners who joined us.

INSTITUT KANSER NEGARA SETS MALAYSIA BOOK OF RECORDS WITH 1967 LUNG SCREENINGS AT THE LUNG HEALTH CARNIVAL 2025.

The Lung Health Carnival 2025 was officially launched by YBhg. Dato’ Indera Dr. Nor Azimi binti Yunus, Deputy Director-General of Health (Medical), at the National Cancer Institute (IKN), Putrajaya.

Jointly organized by IKN and the Persatuan Pendidikan Perubatan Institut Kanser Negara (PPPIKN), the carnival was held in conjunction with World Lung Cancer Awareness Month to raise public awareness on the importance of early screening and prevention.

Screenings were conducted using AI-Assisted Chest X-rays and the Smokerlyzer Test across five main locations:
• National Cancer Institute (Putrajaya)
• NCSM Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Penang & Johor

The event also commemorated World Radiology Day (8 November), celebrating the invaluable contributions of radiologists, medical officers, and X-ray technicians nationwide.

Nadi Tenang is deeply honored and grateful to the Institut Kanser Negara (IKN) and the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM) for the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful initiative.
