Meet our patient Mike who's an active rugby referee! 🏈

" I was suffering significant pain and discomfort along my left hamstring and into by Glut and Pelvis especially sitting or in the morning.

After a lot of travel I put it down to different hotel beds and many years playing and refereeing rugby.

Xavier referred my for x-rays in advance which were done swiftly and without fuss. He was able to show the actual damage to my spine over the years - not just disc wear but more importantly how part of my spine was slightly twisted and therefore trapping the sciatic nerve at S2, this was the cause of the discomfort and sharp pain.

Xavier also identified other areas with an inflammation test and the x-ray that required interventions.

I have just returned from my 4th visit, it is clear that the inflammation is reducing, the pain is no longer in my leg and their is mild discomfort in the morning but that is confined to the lower back where the actual swelling and twisting was.

I looked at other practitioners locally but chose Xavier because of his significant sporting experience in Australia. This was a huge plus as he already understood the dynamics and forces associated with sporting injuries and long term sporting chronic problems.

I used to visit a chiropractor in the UK before every season or major event but they never insisted on x-rays and were never as thorough as Xavier or the rest of the amazing team at Milestone

I certainly recommend them to anybody especially those involved in sport "

"Had a slipped disc while working out on a Saturday night and tried many chiropractors who declined to take my case as no x-Ray services were available on Sundays until I found Milestone Chiropractics’s Victoria and Xavier. They were like a Godsend as I was in a lot of pain in that moment. They were very transparent about what they could and could not do without a proper x-Ray and advised on ways to reduce the swelling. They’re associated with Colombia Asia Hospital so it’s extremely convenient to get the x-Ray appointment. Victoria gave a lot of useful recommendations on the do’s and don’ts to aid faster recovery. My condition improved significantly after just a few sessions. Their prices are also super reasonable. Highly recommended!"

Having a healthy and well functioning spine and nervous system does wonders for our health and well-being! 🌱

"I've been dealing with hip pain for several years, but I often ignored it. However, the pain recently extended to my shoulder, significantly impacting my sleep. After a massage, my therapist suggested I explore alternative treatments as my pelvic bone appeared distorted.

Initially skeptical about chiropractic, I conducted thorough research to find a certified and safe practitioner with convenient location. I'm incredibly grateful to have found Milestone.

During my initial consultation, Victoria expertly explained how my symptoms aligned with the X-ray results I obtained the following day. I began with twice-weekly treatments in late December and gradually progressed to once-weekly sessions as my condition improved.
