Managed to perform a thrombus aspiration with Boston Angiojet for one lower limb acute Deep Vein Thrombosis. Performed under Local Anaesthesia and patient recover well without any complication following the procedure.
Leg swelling started to improve immediately after the next day.

Managed to perform bilateral iliac angioplasty and stenting for chronic right Common iliac artery occlusion with left iliac artery disease for a patient presented with chronic claudication with non healing arterial ulcer.
The CTO lesion were successfully crossed with Boston V18 wire and eventually plastied and stented.
