为什么医生需要经常去上课？是不是吃饱没事做？

今天进修的是处理伤口的课
因为有些伤口普通人处理不好,
需要医生处理。
那么医生必须确保自己的知识和技术是最updated的，
才能把病人的伤口处理好。

又有一些病人到医院动手术后需要继续处理伤口
不可能长时间住在医院洗伤口
医院里的医生会安排他们出院后到附近的诊所洗伤口
行动不方便的病人无法每天登门到诊所去，
只好暂时住在疗养院直到伤口痊愈

内行人都知道
很多伤口并不能只用盐水和普通纱布处理
尤其是糖尿病伤口和bed sore
现在市场上已经有很多不同的modern dressing
每一种都针对不同伤口情况的伤口选用
还有使用的技巧也很重要
再也不单单是用normal saline洗完后盖上纱布那么简单了

Modern dressing能够更有效地让伤口痊愈
缩短病人受苦的时间
有些甚至可以每3-5天才换一次，
不必天天洗伤口，轻松很多
