“多年来，我一直以为黄褐斑是必须接受的命运。试过各种护肤品、热门方法，效果都不持久。斑点不只是影响外表，更影响了我的自信。

For years, I thought melasma was something I had to live with. I tried every cream, every trend… but nothing really worked. It wasn’t just my skin that was affected—it was my self-esteem.

直到我开始了解身体内部的讯号，才发现激素波动、日晒和体内炎症才是根本原因。护肤品只是工具，坚持和知识才是真正的转折点。

It wasn’t until I learned to listen to my body—understanding the role of hormones, sun exposure, and inflammation—that things finally changed. Skincare helped, but it was knowledge and consistency that saved me.
