We IBRAHIM MIAN SDN BHD are a Bumiputera CIDB G7 company based in Section 13, Shah Alam, seeking for a Project Engineer
Job Description
Supervise construction project to make sure they meet technical specifications.
Ensure that any changes in the project plan is executed by sub-contractors and
control all variations order works.
Experience in site problem solving and follow up with sub-contractors and
consultants
Planning, coordinate and executive of project to ensure the objectives and goals achieved.
Liaise with client and sub-contractor to ensure project progress within planning schedule
Coordinate with along sub-contractor and site site supervisor to ensure all work run smoothly without any obstruction
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess minimum a Degree in Civil Engineering only
Candidate with minimum 3~5 years experience in building (housing) - (architectural & structural) , infrastructure and irrigation works are preferred
Applicant must be able to communicate in fluent Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Preferably male candidates and willing to travel and temporary based at various states.
Applicant must be able to lead and work in a team and multi-tasking engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule,
plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Prepare and monitor overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Preparation of PQP, CPM, progress report, site and as built documentation
Monthly project status reports and change orders.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Good knowledge of Office Software (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, AUTOCAD & MICROSOFT PROJECT)
Preparation of PQP, CPM, progress report, site and as built documentation
