🏃‍♀️💧 Keep Moving, Keep Growing

Slow running on the same spot — it’s an exercise I picked up a year ago, and I’m proud to say I’m still keeping it up today! 🌿

There’s a quote from the teacher 徐楝英that I always remember:

“宁愿在瑜伽垫上流汗,
也不要在病床上流泪。”

(I’d rather sweat on the yoga mat than shed tears on the hospital bed.)

It’s such a powerful reminder that our health is our true wealth. ❤️

Pick one exercise that motivates you — no matter how simple — and stay consistent.

Invest in your health first before you say you want to take care of the people around you.

极简|一天一件,21天进入精简生活状态

很多人都听过一个理论:一个行为持续坚持21天,就会形成习惯。
今天和大家分享21天的极简生活计划,每天只需要完成一件小事,看看你能坚持到第几天~



第一周:环境精简
Day1:清理手机
拆开手机壳,擦拭干净手机和壳
清理内存,删除不常用App
整理相册、聊天记录和联系人

Day2:整理书桌
擦干净灰尘,分类摆放书籍
不再阅读的书考虑送出

Day3:整理化妆品与饰品
清理过期小样
常用百搭款放在顺手位置

Day4:衣柜整理
按季节、款式分类
不穿的衣服捐赠或出售

Day5:厨房整理
检查食材与厨具,丢弃过期或不用的物品

Day6:鞋柜整理
整理鞋子类型,处理穿不了的鞋

Day7:提前准备第二天的衣服
减少早晨纠结时间,让明天更从容



第二周:习惯养成
Day8:睡前泡脚
放松身心,促进睡眠

Day9:晚上11点睡觉
10点半开始断网,看书助眠

Day10:定点早起
养成固定生物钟

Day11:散步30分钟
饭后散步,放松思绪

DO YOU KNOW阔筋膜张肌(Tensor Fasciae Latae,TFL)

在哪里:
在大腿外侧上方、靠近髋部前方。
把手放在髋骨前外侧、抬腿或侧抬腿时,会感觉到那里有一块小肌肉变紧——那就是阔筋膜张肌。

它的作用:
• 帮助抬腿(髋关节屈曲)
• 帮助腿向外打开(外展)
• 稍微让大腿向内转动(内旋)
• 稳定骨盆和膝盖,让你在站姿和平衡体式中更稳定

在瑜伽中的作用:
• 在战士二式 (Virabhadrasana II)、半月式 (Ardha Chandrasana)、树式 (Vrksasana) 中,它帮助你稳住髋部。
• 在跑步者式 (Anjaneyasana) 或 低弓步式中,它常常会感觉紧绷。
• 过度使用或紧张时,会让髋部和大腿外侧感到僵硬或牵拉感。

舒缓建议:
• 可通过鸽子式 (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)、仰卧四字式 (Supta Figure 4)、或泡沫轴放松大腿外侧来放松它。
• 练习时保持呼吸平稳,避免髋部前倾或抬高一侧。

🌼 小贴士:网球按摩
如果你感觉阔筋膜张肌很紧,可以用一个网球来轻柔按摩髋部外侧。
靠墙或躺在地上,让球压在髋部外侧(髂前上棘稍下方),
慢慢滚动、深呼吸,停留在紧绷点上30秒左右,有助于释放深层张力与放松髋部。
