A reflective session for parents was conducted by our clinical psychologist, Ms Liyana.

Today’s session was a gentle reminder that parenting is not something we’re meant to do alone.
💛 We explored the invisible load parents carry
💛 We shared how to ask for help and build a support village
💛 We reminded ourselves that healing our wounds is part of helping our children thrive

Let’s keep building villages rooted in empathy, not judgement.
And let’s remember: when we care for ourselves, we’re caring for our children too. 🌼
