Have you ever wondered why childbirth is painful? Did you know that moms-to-be can have a pain-free childbirth? Our body are designed to give birth to our baby naturally. More often than not, due to fear of giving birth, we tense our body up which makes our body unable to function naturally while giving birth. The results = pain! What do you think?
