Severe LAD disease in a patient with ESRF and unable to tolerate dialysis. One stent to the LAD should fix his problem. Heavily calcified but managed to perform PCI with just an NC balloon predilation. Stent crossed with ease. Post dilated with NC balloons. Good results.

Yesterday I went to register my daughter’s birth at JPN. First stop was UTC shah alam. Got shooed away because it was 3pm. They only do registrations in the morning. Ok. Not cool. I am a tax payer. So I asked the guy was this policy nationwide. Was it practiced at all JPN offices. He could not answer. I was miffed to say the least. Anyway, I figured Putrajaya would let me register, even late in the afternoon. Made it there by 4 pm. Closing time is 5. They gave me a queue number despite the late hour. I managed to register her birth, got the birth certificate and mykid by 6 pm. They actually stayed back till everyone was served. Kudos to JPN Putrajaya for their sterling service. UTC Shah Alam. Not so much.

This is an example of a dual chamber pacemaker which I have implanted. The scar which is usually on the left upper chest wall is usually minimal and almost invisible. There will be a small lump there, but the pacemakers these days are even smaller than this one!
