我们理解每位客户可能有不同的需求与期望，但我们所有的护理安排必须根据实际人手情况与专业原则来执行，绝不会基于种族或其他歧视性因素进行选择。

Recently, our company has received malicious and inappropriate comments on our page as well as offensive messages via WhatsApp. In order to safeguard our reputation and protect our staff, we have lodged an official police report (attached below).
We fully respect that every client may have different preferences and expectations. However, all caregiver arrangements must be based on actual staff availability and professional considerations. We do not and will not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, or any other factor.

Should there be any further spread of false information, defamation, or actions intended to damage our company’s reputation, we will not hesitate to pursue legal action.
