Our house call services include doctor consultation, procedures like change of feeding tube, urine tube, IV Drip (medicine and vitamin), wound dressing, nebulisation, blood taking, vaccination and etc.

Tahukah anda? Cacar air (chickenpox) adalah jangkitan pertama virus Varicella-Zoster. Selepas sembuh, virus ini tidak hilang, tetapi 'tidur' di dalam akar saraf.

Apabila kita semakin berumur atau ketika sistem imun menjadi lemah, virus ini boleh aktif semula dan menyebabkan kayap (shingles). Ruam kayap sangat menyakitkan, kerana jangkitan virus pada akar saraf.

Kayap tidak mudah berjangkit. Tetapi cecair daripada ruam kayap boleh menyebabkan cacar air kepada orang yang belum pernah kena cacar air. Kayap boleh dirawat dan dicegah dengan suntikan vaksin.
