今天在 Jolly 月子中心举办了一场非常实用又有价值的宝宝护理教学活动 ❤️
我们特别邀请医生来到中心，亲自手把手教导宝妈们如何为宝宝进行排气操和按摩 👩‍⚕️👶
医生现场示范了非常受欢迎的 LOVE 按摩法，通过温柔、正确的按摩手法帮助宝宝：

💛 缓解宝宝胀气不适
💛 让宝宝更放松、更好入睡
💛 提升宝宝的舒适感

👶✨Today’s Activity: Doctor Teaching Baby Gas Relief Exercise & LOVE Massage✨👶
Today at Jolly Confinement Centre, we had a very meaningful and practical baby care session ❤️
A doctor was specially invited to the centre to personally guide our moms step-by-step on how to perform baby gas relief exercises and tummy massage 👩‍⚕️👶
During the session, the doctor demonstrated the well-known LOVE baby massage technique, which helps to:
💛 Stimulate baby’s digestion
💛 Relieve gas discomfort
💛 Help babies relax and sleep better
💛 Improve overall comfort for babies
The best part was that all the moms practiced on the spot! 🤱✨
Under the doctor’s guidance, they learned the correct techniques step by step. From being a little nervous at first to becoming more confident, the atmosphere was warm and full of learning 🥰
Many moms said:
This session is extremely valuable! 👍
Because babies cannot express their discomfort,
but with the right gas relief exercises and massage techniques, parents can help babies feel much more comfortable 💕

👶 为什么初生宝宝容易出现敏感或过敏？
其实很多新生宝宝都会出现不同程度的敏感，例如：
👶 皮肤红疹
👶 湿疹
👶 奶癣
👶 肠胃敏感
👶 容易胀气或吐奶
这些情况的出现通常和以下因素有关：
🔬 1️⃣ 免疫系统尚未成熟
新生宝宝的免疫系统仍在发育阶段，对外界刺激会比较敏感。
🦠 2️⃣ 肠道菌群尚未稳定
宝宝出生后，肠道里的好菌需要时间慢慢建立，如果菌群不平衡，就容易引起敏感或消化问题。

👶✨ Baby Allergy & Nutrition Sharing Session ✨👶
Recently, Jolly Confinement Centre successfully hosted a meaningful sharing session with the topic:
🌿 “Why Parents Need to Understand Newborn Allergies and Sensitivities”
🥗 “How Proper Nutrition Pairing Can Help Build an Anti-Allergy Body for Babies”
The event was filled with warmth and excitement 🎉. Participants included:
🤱 Mothers and fathers currently staying in the centre
🤰 Expecting mothers
🌸 Women who are preparing for pregnancy
Everyone gathered together to learn more about newborn health and development 👶📚.
During the event, Yong Sheng SWS also held a special offline promotion 🛍️. Every participant received a special SWS door gift 🎁, making the day even more meaningful.
It was truly a day filled with knowledge 📚, gifts 🎁 and happiness ❤️.
👶 Why Are Newborns Prone to Allergies or Sensitivities?
Many newborns may experience certain sensitivities such as:
👶 Skin rashes
👶 Eczema
👶 Milk rash
👶 Sensitive stomach
👶 Gas or frequent spit-ups
These conditions can be related to several factors:
