Resting is not laziness. It helps you recharge and take care of your mind and body. Taking a break is also part of the learning process, so it’s okay to pause before continuing.🌟

During this break, do what feels right for you. Your mental well being comes first, and even a short nap can help. Use this time to relax and come back with better energy for the second half of the semester. You’ve got this! 💪
