Good day, everyone! 👋🏼

I bet you’ve heard about FOMO before, but do you really know what it is? 🤷🏻‍♂️

FOMO is actually a short form for Fear of Missing Out. 🙀

It happens when someone feels that *everyone else is having more fun, living a better life,* or *experiencing more exciting things than they are.* It often involves a deep sense of envy and can take a serious toll on your self-esteem. 🙂‍↔️

So, how can we reduce this feeling?🧐

• Change your focus – Try to focus on what you have instead of what you don’t. 🙌🏼

• Try a digital detox– Reduce your use of social media and take a break from digital devices. This can help you focus more on your own life and reduce constant comparisons. 📱

• Seek real connections– Make plans with a good friend, organize a group outing, or do something social. Spending quality time with others can help you shake the feeling of missing out. 👭

With the right mindset, you can truly enjoy your life without constantly thinking you're missing out. 😸
