People with this disorder may often check their body, fear being sick, or feel medical help isn’t enough. It’s more about how we think and feel about the symptoms than the symptoms themselves. 🤔

Causes include stress, past trauma, or family history. It can lead to work, relationship, and money problems if not treated. Good news, early help and stress management can make a big difference! 😎
