今天早上星期一(17/3/2025),我从格尼巿(三条路)载送三位顾客去怡保飞机场回新加坡🇸🇬。
这怡保飞机场己经装修好了。感觉有点新的面貌。

今天是星期一(10/3/2025）早上7点30分钟，小弟载送一位从实兆远的63岁uncle去怡保中央政府{Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh} 看眼睛专科医生。他是一位青光眼者，他要注射眼睛的药很贵，如果在私人每次左右眼睛一次要打的费用是RM1000。如果是左右眼的话, 开始是每个月左右眼流注射一次, 过了几个月后, 他的左右眼睛就每二个月注射一次了。如果是私人的话就要用好多钱来做治疗了。因为他是没有买保险的人。

Today is Monday (10/3/2025) at 7:30 am, I drove a 63-year-old uncle from Sitiawan to the Ipoh Government Eye Clinic. He has glaucoma, and the eye injections are very expensive. If he goes to a private clinic, the cost for each injection for both eyes is RM1000. If it is for both eyes, he starts with an injection once a month, and after a few months, his left and right eyes are injected once every two months. If he goes to a private clinic, he will have to spend a lot of money on treatment. Because he is a person who does not have insurance.

今天星期六(25/01/2025)早上11:30a.m,小弟从实兆远来到这个怡保阿曼再也的巴士🚌总站载🚙一位来自吉隆坡的顾客。过后还要去怡保飞机🛬场载他从新加坡🇸🇬回来实兆远爱大华的姐姐。

Today, Saturday (25/01/2025) at 11:30am, I came from Sitiawan to the bus terminal in Amanjaya, Ipoh to pick up a customer from Kuala Lumpur. After that, I had to go to Ipoh Airport to pick up his sister who was coming back from Singapore to Ayer Tawar, Sitiawan.

昨天星期一(13/1/2025) 在早上7:30分钟,小弟载送自己亲爱的大姑从实兆远(Sitiawan)的Taman Singa Baru去到吉隆坡Petaling Jaya的马大医院做内窥镜检查(Endoscopy) 。检查我大姑的是马大医院的Pro. Dr. Chan(其实Pro. Dr. Chan是通过Dato'Dr Andrew Chua Seng Boon,肠胃专科医生所介绍的) 。♥️🙏👍🚙😊

今天星期五(10/1/2025)下午1点钟, 我载送大姑去到怡保的Dato' Dr. Andrew Chua Seng Boon,肠胃专科医生的诊疗所听取她在上个星期四(2/1/2025)在霹雳州人民医院向我大姑所做的报告。

Today Friday (10/1/2025) at 1pm, I drove my aunt to the clinic of Dato' Dr. Andrew Chua Seng Boon, a gastroenterologist in Ipoh to listen to the report he gave to my aunt at the Perak Community Specialist Hospital(PCSH)on last week Thurday!

这里是怡保的万里望(Meglembu)。他的这门制作Apam balik的手艺和这间店面都己经有72~73年了(这位是第三代卖Apam balik的老板) 。我在下午二点钟一到这里就有差不多有10个顾客在排队等着买他的Apam balik了啊！生意还不错👍在这里也是满受顾客欢迎的。如果大家有经过🚙🚗这里,小弟建议不妨买来试一试, 味道不错👍挺好吃的😘😋。
This is Meglembu in Ipoh. His skill of making Apam balik and this shop have been around for 72-73 years (he is the third generation of Apam balik owners). When I arrived here at 2pm, there were almost 10 customers queuing up to buy his Apam balik! Business is pretty good👍He is also very popular with customers here. If you pass by🚙🚗here, I suggest you buy some and try it. It tastes good👍It's delicious😋🤤😍

今天星期二(31/12/2025)早上10点钟, 🤗小弟载送一位75岁的uncle从实兆远的福清洋去怡保中央医院看医生🧑‍⚕️和跟进他的前列腺癌打针💉治疗。小弟也很庆幸在2024年9月份,帮他申请到霹雳州政府福利部(JKM)B40的援助金。还有今天小弟又帮到他可以拿到政府的完全免费打这个前腺癌症的针(之前这位uncle还要付尾款RM50, 打一支前列腺癌的药剂费用~当然之前政府己经付了每支针RM1,6++.++) 。

在这里🤗小弟也祝福大家明年2025年新年快乐！钱多钱少无所谓.... 最重要的是身体健康和快乐, 还有幸福♥️永远跟随着大家！

Today, Tuesday (31/12/2025) at 10am, 🤗I drove a 75-year-old uncle from Kampung Cina, Sitiawan to Ipoh General Hospital to see a doctor 🧑‍⚕️ and follow up his prostate cancer injection 💉 treatment. I am also very fortunate to help him apply for the Perak State Government Jabatan Kebajikan Manjung B40 assistance in September 2024. And today, I helped him get the government's completely free injection for prostate cancer (before this uncle had to pay the balance of RM50 for a prostate cancer medicine~of course, the government has paid every injection of RM1,6++.++).

Here🤗I also wish everyone a happy🎉🎊🎇🎆🧨 New Year in 2025✨! It doesn't matter how much money you have.... The most important thing is good health and happiness. May happiness will always follow you! May Goh😇bless👼 you all!

🤗今天星期五(20/12/2025),早上4:30a.m载送🚙一位uncle从实兆远的格尼巿(三条路)去士拉央政府医院检查他的前列腺癌的问题。另外小弟也是会帮助他拿号码和他一起等待看医生(做翻译)。还有看完医生帮忙他去取药过后才回家。

🤗Today, Friday (20/12/2025), at 4:30am, I drove🚙 an uncle from Pekan Gurney(Simpang Tiga) ) in Sitiawan Perak to Selayang Government Hospital, Selangor for a checkup on his prostate cancer. I also helped him get a number and waited with him to see the doctor (as an interpreter). After seeing the doctor, I helped him get the medicine before going home.
