Preparing for labour means giving your body the right kind of support, the gentle movements that open, strengthen, and relax. 🌸
Here are 3 simple exercises you can try at home:
✨ Elevated lunge rock – Step one foot onto a low stool, keep your back leg straight, and gently rock your hips forward and back. (10–12 reps each side)
✨ Frog pose rock – On hands and knees, bring knees wide apart, feet pointing out. Rock forward and back. (30 secs, 2–3 times)
✨ Wall deep squat – Stand with feet wide, toes out. Lower into a deep squat with chest lifted, then gently rock side to side. (6–8 reps, repeat 3 times)
These little moves go a long way in helping your body prep for the big day. 🤰
