自从农历新年后实行预约制度,我们收到了许多正面的反馈,也非常感恩大家的肯定。
过去采用现场排队方式,很多顾客需要清晨提早到来,甚至等待数小时才能看诊。我们深知这样的等候既辛苦也不方便。
因此,我们改为预约制,希望能:
✔ 减少长时间等待
✔ 让看诊流程更顺畅
✔ 提供更有品质、更专注的服务
我们也理解,部分顾客可能会因为预约已满而感到不便。在此向大家致以诚挚的歉意 🙏
我们会持续优化安排,尽力增加可预约时段,让更多有需要的顾客得到服务。

Sejak kami melaksanakan sistem temujanji selepas Tahun Baru Cina, kami menerima banyak maklum balas yang positif dan amat menghargainya.
Sebelum ini, dengan sistem beratur (walk-in), ramai pesakit perlu datang awal pagi dan menunggu berjam-jam untuk giliran. Kami faham ia sangat memenatkan dan kurang selesa.
Oleh itu, kami memperkenalkan sistem temujanji untuk:

✔ Melancarkan aliran rawatan
✔ Memberikan rawatan yang lebih fokus dan berkualiti

After implementing the booking system after Chinese New Year, we’ve received many positive feedbacks, and we truly appreciate it.
Previously, with the walk-in queue method, many patients had to come very early and waited for hours before their turn. We understand how tiring and inconvenient that was.
That’s why we introduced the booking system to:
✔ Reduce long waiting times
✔ Ensure a smoother flow
✔ Provide more focused and quality care
We also understand that some of you may feel disappointed and frustrated when slots are fully booked. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused 🙏
