The class level suitable for intermediate and above. Beginner to Ashtanga Yoga? You are welcome to take your yoga practice to the next level 💪🏻

Start on May onwards get ready to roll out your yoga mat and join the 90mins Ashtanga Yoga session with Wirni every Saturday 12pm. New class schedule and slot will be updated online soon.

After all, we just want you to begin to flow!

Our Aerial Yoga class is beginner friendly level, which helped to deepen your stretch and flexibility, build up strength and improve overall body balance.
