Pemandu lori/van dengan GDL diperlukan. Lori 5 tan dan 7.5 tan tan dan van Toyota Hiace.
Gaji : RM2500 - 3000
(termasuk EPF, SOCSO dan EIS.

Lorry/van driver with GDL required. 5 ton truck and 7.5 ton van Toyota Hiace.
Salary: RM2500 - 3000
(includes EPF, SOCSO and EIS. )
Must have GDL and valid Driver's License. Applicants with Class E License will be given priority.

-Handle daily accounting activities & office administration works.
-Responsible for daily administrative support and Conduct clerical duties including answering phone calls, fax, responding to email, ensure proper filing, and shipping.
-Renew company insurance, road tax, foreign worker permit and etc
-Update staff annual leave & sales
-To perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis
-Preparing sales invoices and payments by cheque and remittance and other general accounting tasks.
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

• Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Taking minutes
• Diary management and arranging appointments
• Data entry (Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint.)
• Set a filing system and organise folders
• Providing administration support to Management team
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities requested by the management from time to time.
