Tiny tongue trick calms your entire nervous system 👅✨
It’s wild how one simple adjustment can regulate stress, posture, and even your mood.

Here’s how to do it:

👄 Gently place the entire tongue on the roof of your mouth
🔇 Keep your jaw relaxed and teeth slightly apart
👃🏽 Breathe in & out slowly through your nose
🧠 Bonus: Focus on your breath. You’ll notice your body start to soften.

I use this in my own healing journey when I feel tense, anxious, or just out of sync.
