Malaysian Street food homemade with my Thermomix.

First time making Muah Chee!!! Thanks to my ever faithful German Chef, Mr Thermomix for helping me satisfy my cravings in the comfort of my home with minimal work and preparation. I truly love my Thermomix❤

Muah Chee Ingredients
120 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
180 grams Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
100 grams Peanut
40 grams Sugar
1000 grams Water

STEP 1
Crush peanut and sugar MC/5 sec/Speed 8
Pour the peanut & sugar mix into another bowl, set aside.

STEP 2
Mix the glutinous rice flour, water & olive oil in a bowl stir to combine. MC/1 min/Sp 6
The outcome is a sticky white paste, pour sticky paste into a flat dish and use varoma upper level tray, add in 1000 grams water to steam for 15 min/Varoma/Speed 2
Cut the sticky paste into a small cubes and coat them well with the mix.

Crush peanut and sugar MC/3 sec/Speed 8
Pour the peanut & sugar mix into another bowl. Cut the sticky paste into a small cubes and coat them well with the mix. Ready to serve

Chiang Mai noodles 🇹🇭 ~ a very yummy Thermomix Cookidoo Recipe 🤤🤤🤤

Ingredients:
• Garlic
• Shallots
• Red Chillies
• Thai Red Curry paste (made with Thermomix - Cookidoo recipe)
• Chicken thigh fillets
• Fish sauce
• Palm sugar
• Ground Turmeric
• Coconut Milk
• Lime juice
• Choy Sum
• Water
• Dried egg noodles
• Cooking Oil
• Coriander and Bean Sprout for garnishing

Sambal Belacan in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
20 Red Chillies
4-8 Garlic cloves
4-8 Shallots
50g Shrimp Paste

Throw everything into bowl to blend
10 seconds at Speed 10

Scrap down and add about 50g cooking oil and cook for 10mins/ 130°C - Varoma at Speed 1
