We’re pleased to introduce Dr. Katherine Robson, EBVS® & RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia, joining our distinguished speaker lineup for the 1st Anihealth Symposium 2026.

Dr. Robson holds a BVSc (Distinction) from the University of Liverpool and went on to complete a residency in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia. She achieved the European Diploma in Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia (DipECVAA) and the RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) in Veterinary Anaesthesia. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS).

Currently practicing at the Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Singapore, Dr. Robson leads the anaesthesia service, overseeing patient safety, clinical standards, and multidisciplinary coordination. She previously served at the University of Liverpool as Senior Lecturer, and later as Clinical Lead and Head of Service in Small Animal Anaesthesia, where she was involved in clinical teaching, service leadership, and hospital-wide clinical governance including audits and morbidity and mortality rounds.

Her clinical experience also includes specialist roles at leading UK referral centres such as Dick White Referrals, Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists, and the Animal Health Trust, managing complex anaesthesia, analgesia, and critical care cases across a wide range of species. Her areas of interest include loco-regional anaesthesia, ultrasound-guided techniques, and improving perioperative patient safety and outcomes.

🐾 Speaker Reveal #5 of 7

We’re pleased to introduce Dr. Nancy Wong, Medical Director at FLC Veterinary Hospital, Hangzhou, China, joining our distinguished speaker lineup for the 1st Anihealth Symposium 2026.

Dr. Wong holds a Bachelor of Agriculture and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Veterinary Medicine, majoring in Small Animal Ophthalmology, from China Agricultural University in Beijing. During her postgraduate training, her research focused on small animal ophthalmology, particularly the application of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and amniotic membrane in the treatment of corneal diseases in canine patients. She also contributed to the establishment of the ophthalmology department at the China Agricultural University Teaching Hospital.

She further expanded her clinical training through a Clinical Rotation Program at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in the United Kingdom, where she was awarded a Postgraduate Certificate. Dr. Wong is a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) and holds several professional certifications, including AAFP Certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian, RECOVER CPR Basic & Advanced Life Support Rescuer, NAVC Pet Nutrition Coach, and the WSAVA Pain Management Certificate. She is also a member of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA).

Dr. Wong has actively contributed to continuing professional development (CPD) and has delivered lectures at local congresses and veterinary training courses, covering topics in small animal ophthalmology, emergency and critical care, and neurology.

In her sessions, Dr. Wong will share practical insights on Triage & CPR and the approach to respiratory emergencies, equipping veterinarians with essential knowledge and skills for managing critical cases in clinical practice.
