Clinic Receptionist Wanted – Join Our Orthopaedic Specialist Practice!

Location: Sunway Medical Centre
Specialist: Dr. Chua Hwa Sen, Orthopaedic, Arthroplasty & Robotic Surgeon

We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Clinic Receptionist to be part of our busy and growing orthopaedic practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients professionally and warmly
• Manage appointments and scheduling
• Handle phone calls, messages and patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation
• Coordinate with hospital departments as needed
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organised

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a medical or clinic setting is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems
• Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday (half day): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
