If that sounds familiar, even while wearing a hearing aid? You're not alone, here’s one major reason why:

🔍 The Type of Hearing Loss Matters A Lot.
If you have sensorineural hearing loss (the most common kind), the problem isn’t just volume, it's clarity. This kind of hearing loss damages the inner ear or hearing nerve, so even when sounds are made louder, they’re still distorted.

💬 Imagine listening to a blurry radio station — turning up the volume doesn’t fix the static.

This is why:
👉Speech can sound muffled or unclear
👉You might miss high-pitched sounds like "s," "f," or "th"
