感谢中国马来西亚商会会长罗维坚先生的邀请，Nottingheels 创始人兼总监 Amy Chiew 女士于近期从马来西亚飞抵北京，出席在马家堡举办的“大马榴梿及文化活动”。此次活动旨在推广马来西亚特色水果——榴梿，并展示马来西亚丰富的文化遗产。

在活动期间16/5/2025 - 18/5/2025，Amy Chiew 女士不仅展示了 Nottingheels 的创新舒适鞋款，还特别展销了融合马来西亚传统文化元素的手工鞋子，包括采用马来西亚手绘蜡染（Batik）和织锦（Songket）面料的鞋款。这些鞋子将传统工艺与现代设计相结合，体现了马来西亚多元文化的魅力。展示了她在推动马来西亚品牌国际化方面的积极努力。

此外，特别感谢《星洲日报》对本次活动的报道，协助将马来西亚工艺的故事传达给更广泛的受众。

At the invitation of Mr. Low Wee Kian, President of the China-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Amy Chiew, Founder and Director of Nottingheels, recently flew from Malaysia to Beijing to attend the "Malaysian Durian and Cultural Event" held in Majiapu. The event aimed to promote Malaysia's signature fruit—the durian—as well as to showcase the country's rich cultural heritage.

At the event 16/5/2025 - 18/5/2025, Amy presented her signature Bunion Batik and Songket series—ergonomically designed shoes that incorporate hand-painted batik and intricately woven songket textiles. These designs not only offer comfort but also serve as wearable art, reflecting Malaysia's cultural diversity.

By blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design, these shoes highlighted the charm of Malaysia’s multicultural heritage and demonstrated her active efforts in promoting Malaysian brands on the international stage.

Lastly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Sin Chew Daily for their coverage of this event, helping to share the story of Malaysian craftsmanship with a wider audience.
