颈椎幅度变直。长期低头工作 如:电脑，手机，阅读，坐姿势不对。可引起 颈椎部椎体，关节，韧带和椎间盘的改变。时间过长可引起钙化，损伤，骨刺增生。好发部位依次为颈c5-6&c6-7之间。患者长感到颈部酸沉不适或颈肩背部疼痛，转头不利，一侧前臂，手指麻痹，可伴有头晕，耳鸣，目眩，失眠，握力减退等症状。
