在诊所内治疗很多曾经得了covid 的患者中，大多数病人都有不同程度的后遗症，在我的专业神经系统中就有如下几种常见的后遗症:
1. 非典型性多发性神经根神经炎(格林巴利)，它会遗留半年一年甚至十多年: 可表现为多节段的感觉神经包括痛觉、温度觉、触觉异常，及坐骨神经痛、臂丛神经痛; 同时也表现运动神经的伤害，包括呼吸困难，疲劳无力感，易累;
2. 非典型性多发性颅神经根神经炎(镜鱼综合征)，它也会遗留数月至数年，甚则永久性遗留症状: 包括味覚、嗅觉、听觉和平衡功能异常，视觉模糊，心慌心季;
3. 非典型性局部性或多发性脑皮层炎(类似于脑雾或脑火综合征)，它也可遗留数月至数年，也可永久性遗留: 包括短期记忆缺失(早期老人痴呆)、精神萎靡不振、情绪失控甚至抑郁、小脑平衡和共济受到影响。
经历了二年传染病的折磨中深深体会到了政府和医教的反差及误区，也将继续折磨我们的人生:
1. 新冠肺炎属呼吸系统的传染病，口罩是我们唯一也是最后的防线，那来的抗议游行人权自由，转换命题往往害死普通大众，而且看看那些人怎样戴口罩，简直是没有文化真可怕！政府的双层口罩、布口罩怎么可以阻挡这么微小的病毒🦠 ;
2. 传染病有防疫防控措施，也有法律，怎么就人权自由了，传染给社区也是理所应当，也没有法律责任，更可怕的是与病毒共存; 如果是普通感冒，只是上呼吸道感染，感染痊愈后没有后遗症，那么躺平也就算了，但也不是医学的出发点;
3. 疫苗本来就是产生抗体抵抗病毒的侵入，然而病毒侵入了，我们会被告知减少重症降低死亡率，哪来的医学知识？更有甚者还大谈T细胞，这是病毒感染后的免疫反应过程，与疫苗没有任何关系;
4. 美国CDC及WHO做什么去了？二年后才说N95/KN95的口罩能防omicron的传播及保护自己免受感染; 我们从2020年六月开始戴N95口罩至今，即使说话多了会上气不接下气，但这是我们唯一能做的;
政府和政治背后的利益集团实在恐怖，从病毒对人体神经系统的影响大有愚民及东亚病夫之嫌，我们唯一能做的只能戴好口罩，而且是空气必须通过口罩才吸入肺内，保护好自己也保护好家人！

syringomyelia (脊髓空洞症) is rare nerve system disease, there are many courses, but difficult to treat.
We met this patient last month and Wanted to read his MRI Scan, the film as below. Just want to issue this patient to make Tuina therapist to take note, can be accidents anytime when you do adjust spine if didn't clear diagnose.
