✨ It’s Self-Care Bingo Time!

Self-care isn’t about doing more — it’s about giving yourself permission to slow down and just be. 🌿

Our Self-Care Bingo is a small reminder that wellness starts in the simplest moments:
🧘‍♀️ Taking a stretch break between study sessions.
☕ Choosing rest instead of another late-night scroll.
💬 Reaching out when things feel heavy.

It’s easy to think self-care means “treat yourself,” but true self-care is consistency — showing up for your mind and body in gentle, sustainable ways!

So take a few minutes today to fill your bingo. Celebrate the small wins~ Be proud of the quiet ways you’ve been caring for yourself. 🌷

💛 Your wellbeing deserves the same effort you give to everything else.

Feeling overwhelmed by the news lately? 😔

With so many stories of violence, bullying, and tragedy online, it’s easy to carry pain that isn’t ours — the stories we read, the videos we see, the lives we can’t stop thinking about.

That exhaustion or sadness you feel? It’s not weakness — it’s your empathy in pain.
Constant exposure to distressing stories can quietly affect your mind too — it’s called secondary trauma ❤️‍🩹

You don’t have to experience trauma firsthand to be impacted by it.
Compassion connects us, but it can also drain us if we don’t take care.

Protect your peace so you can keep showing up — stronger, calmer, and kinder.
A healthy community cares not just for survivors, but also for those who witness, listen, and feel 💚

🎭 Guess the Emotion Game 🎭

Emotions aren’t always easy to put into words, but they’re a big part of how we connect with each other 💛

Here’s a fun way to practice expressing and understanding feelings 👉 Drop your current emotion in the comments (you can use words, emojis, or even a short sentence). We’ll try to guess what you’re feeling! 👀✨

It’s not just a game — recognising emotions helps us:
💡 Build stronger connections
💡 Practice empathy
💡 Take care of our mental health

So… are you feeling 😎, 😌, 😅, or maybe something else entirely? Comment below and let’s play together! 💛

⚠️Warning signs should never be ignored.

If you or someone you love shows these signs, it may be a call for help. 🌱

Su***de doesn’t happen out of nowhere — often, there are signals that someone is deeply struggling. Recognising these signs can save a life. 💛

If you notice these in yourself, please know you don’t have to face it alone. Talking to someone you trust, reaching out to a counsellor, or calling a helpline can make all the difference.
If you notice these in a loved one, check in with compassion and remind them that help is out there❣️

💛 Asking for help is not weakness — it’s one of the bravest things you can do!

✨ Share this post — you might be the reason someone feels less alone today.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out for support 💛

Studying nonstop but stuck in the same place? This might be why.

You’re trying your best.
You’ve got deadlines, goals, expectations — but the more you push yourself, the further you’re slipping behind. That’s not laziness. That’s distress — and it’s what burns you out.

Putting ourselves in stressful situations can be helpful, but when it gets too much, making you anxious and exhausted yet feel like you’ve barely made progress...That’s when stress is counterproductive.

Most students don’t notice when it shifts. They just blame themselves:
“I’m lazy.”
“I should be working harder.”

Here’s the truth:
You’re not broken — you’re burned out from trying to do more while being maxed out on pressure.

The goal isn’t to eliminate stress. It’s to understand how it works for you — so you can actually use it, not get crushed by it.

Easier said than done? Absolutely. That’s why we’re recruiting groups of likeminded individuals to discuss this, to find what suits themselves the best, their own systems.
