WORK FROM HOME!! SECOND VACANCY!
REGISTERED NURSE FOR 1/2 DAY WORK - MORNING 4.5 HOURS ONLY - 12 MONTHS PROJECT

NURSES AT HOME is urgently looking for a nurse to monitor patients via incoming and outbound calls.

The nurse will be trained to call and monitor Clinical Trial subjects as follows:

1. Connect with subjects on scheduled calls and WhatsApp service
2. Check compliance to prescribed medicines
3. Encourage subjects to share and report suspected side effects, changes etc
4. Counsel on management and reduction of any effects.
5. Report discussion and escalate as necessary to medical oversight.

All the above is via virtual means only and no face to face is required.
Calls will be scheduled in the mornings 8.30am to 1.00 pm only.
Nurse can work from home or convenient location as long as internet is available.

Following are requirements for this project nurse:

A. Malaysian SRN with valid APC
B. Minimum 3 years experience in ward or clinics.
B. Available in the mornings for 1/2 day, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
C. Good communication skills via phone. Experience in attending calls is an advantage but not necessary
D. Language Requirement is proficient in English with good Bahasa Malaysia skills. Ability to converse in mandarin/ Other Chinese dialects/Tamil is definite advantage.
E. Experience in counselling or patient care programs will be very useful.
F. Comfortable using Excel and simple data entry systems.

Basic of RM2000.00 (for half day work) plus EPF,SOCSO. No transport costs as you work from home!!!
Public Holiday allowance
Phone/Line and Laptop provided
Training will be provided on subject matter and script for phone calls.

1. Patient is semi mobile with assistance and walker but needs supervision as fall risk.
