If you're a man and you're an Entrepreneur. Losing weight has never been easier to do in your entire life.

The Secret Of Losing Fat fast comes from two things:
Fasting
Nutrition Control
Full Body Lightweight Exercises.

--Number #1-- Fasting
Fast from Breakfast to Dinner. Skip Lunch. Skip Breakfast.

Wake up. Coffee, Water, Ni****ne.

Hungry? Caffeine Up. Ni****ne Up. Fuel Up with Water.

You can Survive for months without food.

So while you're hungry, Focus! Work! Be Productive.

"OH I'm not going to get enough proteinsss~, We're supposed to split our proteins equally"

No, you do not. Eat at Dinner. Preferably 7pm. As Much As You Can.

Cravingsss?~~ Owhh nouu, Don't be a cat. You're fat.

Starve!

--Number #2-- Nutrition Control
Forget finding how much specific protein you need.

Here's a tip for you to find your proteins. Get your body weight in kg, and multiply it by 2.2

that's how many grams you need.

Done.

All you need is Protein

Protein Protein Protein.

Some fats are fine as well.

There's only ONE THING YOU MUST CUT!

SUGAR AND CARBS!

They're poison.

Bulking is a Lie. Bulking is an excuse to eat more. You just want to get Fat.

That's how you stay a loser.

Stay Shredded. Eat Less. When you eat, Just Eat TOO MUCH Protein. Eat Fats and Rice during dinner.

--Number #3-- Full Body Lightweight Exercises
Workout Splits are for people on steroids.

If you have an excuse to keep your Chest Days or Push Days, then stay that way.

I'll use my body to explain.

Do the math. Instead of doing 20 sets of Chests per week IN A DAY.

Why do not do 8 sets of Chest EVERY SINGLE DAY?

7 x 8 = 56 sets a week.

Do you want muscle growth? Do more volume!

Take Lightweights. Don't do heavy reps.

Heavyweights won't grow you because you can only do till your body fails.

Lightweights and Calisthenics are a mentality game. Your body stops when your mind gives up.

Stop complaining and stop ego lifting.
