打字、刷手机、抱娃都觉得手腕酸痛？那可能是腱鞘炎在作祟！

腱鞘炎是手部肌腱及其腱鞘因反复劳损或过度使用而发生的炎症，常见于办公室人群、手机党、宝妈等。

🔍 常见症状：
❗手腕、拇指根部疼痛、肿胀；
❗握拳或活动时疼痛加剧；
❗严重时手指弹响、僵硬，甚至无法活动。

一分钟自测腱鞘炎：
👉 “屈拇握拳试验”（Finkelstein Test）
1️⃣ 把拇指放进掌心里，
2️⃣ 握拳包住拇指，
3️⃣ 向小指方向轻轻弯曲手腕。
如果此时拇指根部疼痛明显，就要注意了——这是典型的腱鞘炎信号！

💡 中医小贴士：
✅减少重复动作：避免长时间打字、刷手机
✅热敷+轻柔伸展：促进血液循环，放松腱鞘
✅佩戴护腕或夹板：让受累部位休息
✅疼痛严重时请及时就医

👉这些，都很可能是——腰肌劳损的表现！

腰肌劳损是指腰部肌肉、筋膜或韧带因长期劳累、姿势不良等因素引起的慢性损伤性疾病，是现代人常见的“都市病”。

中医认为，腰为“肾之府”，腰肌劳损多因肾气亏虚、气血运行不畅、寒湿阻络所致。

腰肌劳损虽然不是“重病”，但久拖不治会导致慢性疼痛、影响生活质量。适当的运动训练，能增强腰部力量、改善血液循环、恢复功能。锻炼是基础，调理要同步。建议尽早调理、改变不良生活习惯，必要时结合中医针灸、艾灸、推拿等疗法，有助于缓解症状、恢复功能。

Our Physician: Ms LEE Di Von

During Di Von’s studies in Shanghai, China, she is blessed and grateful to have trained and learnt under many good mentors, especially her master degree’s supervisor, Prof Xu Ling. Di Von was trained in Department of Oncology 6, Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM (SHUTCM) under the supervision of Prof Xu. Here, she has learnt to integrate the knowledge of Chinese medicine to prevent and treat cancer patient from the side effects of convention treatments.
