Noble Care Malaysia is a welfare and humanity services organization to help the old folks and handicapped members of society. Our services support the Malaysian government's social responsibility program to provide residential care for homeless elderly, needy older, especially the unprivileged and deserving people. Noble Care started its services for the first time in
2010 and helped thousands of families suffering from challenges of caring for old folks in terms of medical, physical, and emotional needs. Noble Care's well-equipped model centers work and provide holistic care and quality services to old and ailing community members. We specialize in providing care to the elderly suffering from severe illnesses such as stroke, coma, tube feeding, catheters, tracheostomy tube, Gastrostomies, colostomy bags, and people with a terminal illness like cancer, etc. We at Noble Care keep your elderly parents happy, healthy, and dignified in their golden years.
• Each resident's health, personal and social care needs are set out in an individual care plan which provides the basis of the care to be delivered and is re-evaluated in response to the resident's changing needs.
• Residents' human and individual rights are respected and protected through care, which is person-centered; focused on individual outcomes; and promotes and supports rights, dignity, privacy, choice, and control.
• Residents are treated with respect, and their right to privacy is upheld.
• The home culture is based on quality relationship-centered care that nurtures the well-being of the residents, enables them to feel valued, and promotes and supports their engagement and participation in the running of the home and decisions about their daily lives.
• Residents maintain contact with family, friends, and the community according to their wishes and preferences.
• Residents are given opportunities for as full an experience of a supportive, homely environment as possible.
• Activities are offered that are meaningful to the resident and reflect their life story. All staff recognizes activity and meaningful engagement as an integral part of the care process.
• Residents feel safe in the care of Noble Centres.
• Arrangements are in place to safeguard them and to protect them from harm.
• The dying and death of residents are handled with care and sensitivity, and relatives are supported sensitively.
