Using a chair for support and depth in yoga practice.

The chair provides stability in each posture, allowing you to create extension while moving with control.

It can be use to elevate the legs or provides support for hands or arms. In balancing poses, the chair helps you hold position longer.

This extended hold time lets you focus on alignment, creating lightness and inner awareness.

As you move in final pose, the chair’s support help maintain the stillness, allowing the mind to become quiet and turn inward.

正位的无痛后弯

在练习轮式后弯时在膝盖之间夹一块砖
你能更好找到双腿内收髋稳定的感觉
如果没有瑜伽砖的辅助
腿很容易会放松
膝盖会向外撇出去
耻骨会顶出来
腰椎也因此会挤压

Body changes, lifestyle changes, stress levels change too. You need different outlet from time to time.

Listen to your body and practice according to your needs.

说到瑜伽静坐冥想
许多人认为就是“什么都不想”
所以觉得无聊 浪费时间
但事实上人是不可能停止思考的
人的意识总是无序的随机出现
静坐冥想的作用是净化意识 专注当下的意识

静坐冥想时要保持觉知
“人活着是不能没有思想的”
但是要对自己的思想保持觉知

意识到想了什么事
这件事对自己的影响是什么
刚才这件事我是更高心了吗
更难过了还是更明白理智了
这些都是对自己的觉知 对心的觉知

最后你得知道
瑜伽课前的静坐冥想能够快速让我们收回心神 聚集能量
有利于体式练习时的保持专注和觉知力的打开
不但不浪费时间 反而是磨刀不误砍柴工

這不但是一個視覺上很壯觀的動作,而且還能一次過訓練到身體不同的部位。下犬式能伸展腿部後方肌肉,並拉長脊椎;而手倒立能促進血液循環,有效強化上半身肌肉。班上的同学们都轻易的完成了这体式。所以接下来我们要练习最后一张照片里的体式了哦😅。Li L...
