听了人人的心都包含巨大的恐惧感，每天为了自己的下半生做最惨的打算可是应该做的不做。每天病了，痛了就是吃止痛药。其实多数的人都不愿意去理解他们的病痛的根源来之哪里。你是不是也这样？

那么请放下自尊心去学新的知识来改善自己的健康。你的医生也只是个人类。你老是依赖他们，可是不愿意求自己？不是因为你老了就一定身体不能用，只是因为你否定和忽略身体的本能，以及适应能力。开始运动，改变饮食，修心。
