PROGRAM REPORT: SURVIVAL DECISION-MAKING ACTIVITY
The Survival Decision-Making Activity was successfully conducted at SMK Bakar Arang, involving a total of 148 secondary school students.
In this engaging activity, students were placed in a simulated scenario where a football team survives a plane crash on a deserted island. With limited resources, they were required to think critically and collaboratively to ensure survival.
Activity Flow:
1. Each student individually ranked 10 survival items based on personal priority.
2. Students then worked in groups of ten to discuss and agree on a final ranking.
3. Each group presented their decisions, explaining the rationale behind their choices.
The session aimed to enhance decision-making skills, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities among students. The response from the participants was highly encouraging, with active involvement and thoughtful discussions observed throughout the session.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Teacher Ratna Devi Murugaya for the support and smooth arrangements that contributed to the success of this program.
