动作描述:平躺在垫子上,双腿自然分开,手臂放于身体两侧,手掌朝上,闭上眼睛。

Savasana (Co**se Pose)
Pose Description: Lie flat on your mat with your legs naturally apart. Arms rest alongside the body with palms facing up. Close your eyes.
