Arjuna was baffled to see the whole Kaurava army dying in the mouth of the Viswaroopa. 🙏❤️🙏.

That made him ask himself, why he has to fight the war since all his enemies are already dead.

Reading Arjuna’s thoughts,

Lord Krishna said to Arjuna:

“ Nimitha Mathrum Bhava Savyasachin”

( Oh Arjuna, be an instrument. )

(Bhagavad Gita 11-33)

Just like Arjuna, all of us are mere instruments of God

🙏❤️🙏

ONLY by surrendering ourselves to God and become an instrument of God, we can eradicate ego (Aham Bhava ).

🙏❤️🙏

This applies to everyone, irrespective of ONE IS A HINDU OR NOT.

🙏❤️🙏

In the 18th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita Lord Krishna said:

" Arjuna, abandon all Dharma (duties) and just surrender unto me (the will of God). I shall personally deliver you from all bonds of Karma. Do not fear."

( 18:66)

"Sarva-dharma parityajya
mam ekam saranam vraja
aham tvam sarva-papebhyo
moksayisyami ma sucah"

Surrendering to God does not mean to sit idle but to allow God to work through us.

Just become an instrument of God/ Creator, let the love flow through us...

Dear souls,

I still get a lot of inquiries about my yoga classes.

So I've been absent from teaching the art of yoga for 2 years, in this time I occupy myself with more self-practice, learning new modalities and healing.

Fascinating to retreat to the cave within, to create life and I gave birth to a beautiful daughter. The baby needs me and nothing more fulfilling to give 100% priority to this precious soul 🙂

These 2 years have been a great Tapasya, the silence of non-activity except for meditation and simple asanas. I took a break from yoga and was concentrating on my career as a media practitioner.

I observed myself, the world, and people.

As a collective, it’s clear we are hurting.

Political divide, the climate, civil unrest, injustice, poverty, sickness. People are sad, angry, discouraged... and our Mother Earth is speaking loudly.

The old ways are crumbling, and frankly? They must.

Yes, what’s happening is not at all easy, but I truly believe there is light at the end of this tunnel.

I believe there is a light right here, right now… I believe if we can learn to hold space for each other we can heal our wounds, come together, and thrive.

There is no way around it… it’s time to support one another.

It’s time to hold space for each other to discover our truth, to process loss, align with our hearts, and to dream. Why?

So we can co-create the world we want to live in.

The question is… "HOW can we co-create this beautiful world we know is possible?"

We believe we can co-create this world through the ancient art of holding sacred space. Specifically, through the art of gathering together as women to support each other, express our Truth, and heal through women’s circles.

Which is exactly what I teach people how to do.

I truly missed teaching the art of holding space along with a new paradigm of intuitive, feminine leadership.

My techniques facilitate healing and transformation within a circle… and teach women how to create long-lasting change in their lives, the lives of others, and their communities.

The year 2020 has been a challenging year for most of us. Still, each of us is simply meant to do what we are supposed to do according to the universe.

I invite you to read the sentences below:

I believe in a higher purpose. I am a person who is meant to help this world heal.

I believe that we have all been tasked with the great honor of helping others through Our Great Awakening. I believe we all have gifts to give to support this transformation.

If you resonate with these words, you have been given the mission to share your love and gifts to support people around you ❤

Keep following this space for more tips on meditation and simple stretching.

Just like my Guru Yogayantra Dominique, I am not comfortable teaching online asana classes without a personal touch. So let's wait for the right time.

Happy New Year 2021, love you all beautiful people ❤

Swashna Arora (founder)

It’s been a year since we rolled out a slate of yoga classes at Swasana Yoga & Wellness, and we’re happy to say, it’s been a awesome year.

We’ve made lots of new friends and tried new ways to practice. And we hope you’ve discovered the many benefits that yoga offers. If you haven’t tried traditional yoga, we have a wide variety of classes to appeal to your specific goals.

In this 1 year we started by having only 2-4 students and now we have a happy bunch. We thank all those who stayed through our ups and down and tolerating our drawbacks.

Some stepped in with chronic illnesses and found a way to change their life, witnessed 6 successful pre-natal babies so far, saved marriages from breaking down, been a sponge bob for people going through tough times , been there for special children, always motivating students to do well in their exams by teaching them mind power and strengthen spiritual practice in each individual.
