It’s been a year since we rolled out a slate of yoga classes at Swasana Yoga & Wellness, and we’re happy to say, it’s been a awesome year.
We’ve made lots of new friends and tried new ways to practice. And we hope you’ve discovered the many benefits that yoga offers. If you haven’t tried traditional yoga, we have a wide variety of classes to appeal to your specific goals.
In this 1 year we started by having only 2-4 students and now we have a happy bunch. We thank all those who stayed through our ups and down and tolerating our drawbacks.
Some stepped in with chronic illnesses and found a way to change their life, witnessed 6 successful pre-natal babies so far, saved marriages from breaking down, been a sponge bob for people going through tough times , been there for special children, always motivating students to do well in their exams by teaching them mind power and strengthen spiritual practice in each individual.
We miss all the people who could not continue their journey with us due to health, family commitment, job placement, pursuing studies. Whatever the reasons maybe, we appreciate those who left us with good note, love and gratitude. We are not expecting lifetime membership , we are happy to be given a chance to shed a drop of knowledge and wisdom somewhere in your life.
Those who support our growth and progress are still at large and this make us to come back with more rewards, thinking ways to enrich people and community. We work really hard to come up with new ideas and inspiration. We strive to be a pioneer in digitalising body art and we are not disheartened if people copy our ways exactly what we do but we are happy to lead the way :)
We had a beautiful year, with two international instructors coming from abroad, retreat in Rishikesh, meditation at the himalayas, etc. Next year will be more rewarding.
