【防蓝光镜片 vs 防疲劳镜片】 有什么不一样？

你是不是也认为 配一副“防蓝光镜片”可以预防近视加深？ 从大数据显示，百分之九十的近视患者有佩戴防蓝光镜片的也是一样近视度逐渐增加。 这并不意味着防蓝光镜片没有用，而是大部分群众把防蓝光眼镜当作“附身符”一样，然后就肆无忌惮的虐眼睛了。

戴不戴蓝光眼镜跟导致近视没有什么直接的关联 。“近视”称为近视当然跟”近”距离工作有关咯 ～
长时间看近不休息，睫状肌(Ciliary Muscle)会持续收缩，导致晶状体(Crystalline lens)变厚。就像是人在运动时肌肉一直处于紧张状态，很容易引起疲劳和损害。

此时，抗疲劳镜片会在镜片的下方提供一个加光度(Addition),一个comfort zone当我们进行近距离工作的时候，帮助我们重建眼睛调节的微波动(Amplitude of Accommodation) ，使调节系统恢复平衡，通过降低眼睛所要用的调节能力来舒缓眼睛疲劳的目的，大大降低了眼睛的负担，这就是抗疲劳镜片的原理。

而普通的防蓝光镜片下方没有comfort zone，无法控制近视度增长，防蓝光镜片用途大于用在保护视网膜损伤导致的视力下降，降低黄斑部病变(ARMD)的风险。

当然 您也可以同时拥有防疲劳+防蓝光镜片 😉
